Our almonds come exclusively from farms around the Mediterranean and all our soya is rainforest (and GMO) free. Most is grown right here in Europe (in France, Belgium and The Netherlands), the rest comes from Canada. We’ve got the targets, we’ve got the tenacity, we’ll get there! Preparation and Usage

Shake well and refrigerate use. Steam to a maximum of 65°C.
Instructions for baristas
Shake well & refrigerate before use. Steam to maximum 65°C. Do not re-steam.
Hot, cold & cold brew
For home coffee lovers
1. Keep me cool I work best chilled.
2. Pop me in your milk frother or a pan to heat.
3. Keep me below 65°C.
4. If using a pan. Foam up with a hand mixer until I double in size, then tap the pan to pop the air bubbles.
5. Your fabulous foam is ready. Time to show off your latte art skills!

Can be used hot or cold, in all coffee applications as an alternative to milk.

Storage

Best before: See top of pack. Once opened, keep refrigerated between +1°C and +7°C and use within 5 days.
